Company Who builds Crossdeck

You are about to put an SDK in your production app.
Here is who maintains it.

Crossdeck is built and operated by Cross Constellation, an independent software company based in Cape Town. It has been operating for over two years and has completed more than twenty projects.

  • 2+ yearsOperating continuously
  • 20+Projects completed
  • 7Products built and run in-house
  • 7 of 7Running on Crossdeck in production

One of seven products, not a side project

Crossdeck is one of seven products Cross Constellation builds and runs. The others are Biotree, Digital Hank, Grid, PricePage, ClaudeArchitect and PageSwipe — you can see the full portfolio.

  • BiotreePublic bio pages. Anonymous global traffic at volume — where identity stitching either holds across a multi-page visit or fragments into a new person per page.
  • Digital HankAn assistant with an iOS app and a web app. The multi-surface case: one person signing in on both, expected to resolve to one customer with one set of entitlements.
  • PricePageHosted pricing pages with paid tiers. Stripe subscriptions, trials and conversions running through the entitlement engine.
  • PageSwipeNative iOS. Real App Store purchases and receipt verification, the path most analytics tools never touch.
  • GridHabit tracking. High-frequency event ingestion from a small, engaged user base.
  • ClaudeArchitectDeveloper tooling. The audience that reads the SDK source before installing it.

That matters to you for one specific reason, and it is not variety.

Every one of them runs on Crossdeck in production

Not a staging project. Not a demo account. Real products with real users, billing real money, using the same SDK and the same API you would install.

  • Real purchases. Live iOS and Stripe transactions — subscriptions, one-off purchases, trials, refunds, renewals and churn — resolving through the same entitlement engine your app would read.
  • Anonymous global traffic. Public pages taking real visitors from real networks, which is where identity stitching either holds or fragments.
  • Multi-surface identity. The same person arriving on iOS and on the web, expected to resolve to one customer with one set of entitlements.

So the SDK is exercised against production conditions before any customer sees it. When something breaks, it breaks for us first — and we cannot ship around it, because our own products depend on the fix.

Small team, single point of view

Crossdeck is built by a small team with one opinion about how this should work, rather than a committee reconciling several. That is a deliberate trade: fewer people, faster decisions, and a product that stays coherent instead of accumulating every requested feature.

There is no acquisition roadmap. Cross Constellation is independent and funded by its own work. Crossdeck is not being built to be sold, wound down, or absorbed into someone else's platform — which is the actual risk you are weighing when you adopt an SDK.

If you want the longer version — the specific problem that made us build this in the first place — we wrote it up: why we built Crossdeck.

The questions you are actually asking

What happens to my data if Crossdeck stops?
Everything Crossdeck holds is exportable, and the entitlement state your app reads is derived from the payment rails you already own — Apple, Google Play, Stripe. Those relationships stay yours. Crossdeck resolves them into one answer; it does not stand between you and your money.
Is this someone's weekend project?
No. It is one of seven products from a company that has been operating for over two years, and it is the one the other six depend on. If Crossdeck stopped being maintained, six other products would break first — which is a stronger commitment than a roadmap slide.
How do I know the SDK is exercised before I get it?
Because we ship it to ourselves first. Every release goes into products taking real money from real users before it is recommended to anyone else. Bugs that only appear against live purchase flows, anonymous traffic and cross-device identity surface on our own products, on our own revenue.
Will you be acquired?
There is no acquisition roadmap and no outside investors setting one. The company is funded by its own work, which means there is nobody whose return depends on selling it.
Who do I talk to when something is wrong?
The people who wrote it. A small team means no support tier to escalate through — the person answering has read the code path you are asking about.
